Warranty Information

In the 25 years that I have created and handcrafted wood pieces, I have had a minute number that have broken, either by normal usage or by accident. The pieces that have broken, I have fixed either at no charge or for a minimal charge.

Pen refills, pencil refills, and clock batteries are not warranted. Even though, I do not make some of the subcomponents that are incorporated into my pieces, I will warrant them for 5 years.

Wood is warranted forever, with the following exceptions, exposure to water, high humidity, extreme dryness {low humidity}, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures {below 32 degrees Fahrenheit or above 100 degrees Fahrenheit for extended periods of time}.
